● It provides a broader range of information about the employee.
● The feedback provided by the peers are easier to relate with, because it helps the employees to understand their shortcomings and enhance their performance.

Disadvantages

● Opinions provided in the reviews may be polarised. Especially in case of departmental loyalty or friendship, it becomes very difficult to judge an employee from the review provided by their colleagues.
● It may lead to overburden of work for the employees and may affect their regular tasks.
● Employees from small communities at work  place especially those from the same team. Asking them to evaluate each other may be uncomfortable.

CONCLUSION

The practicum shed light on the role and attitude among the B. Ed. teacher-trainees about the passion of drawing. To conduct this practicum, first I identify my hobby -Drawing. I set a topic based on my identification. Then I consider my hypothesis on the study. I prepare 3 research questions based on drawing. Then I sets 10 survey questions and provide it into 10 teacher-trainees. Through the survey question, I move on the next step - collection of data. Using this collection of data I create pie chart on each questions based on the responses of teacher - trainees. As a student - teacher and future teacher, this practicum helps me to how to prepare research questions and survey questions about a topic, how to collect data from the survey questions and how to evaluate it. Through this practicum I can find out the creativity of the teacher- trainees and also develop my questioning skills.
