NATIONAL SEMINAR ON TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP : A CALL FOR EMPOWERMENT OF TEACHERS.

The Christ Nagar College of Education, Thiruvallom organised a national seminar on  the topic 'Transformational Leadership: A Call for Empowerment of Teachers' on 31st January and 1st Febraury 2020.

I have assigned the duties such as welcome the moderator of the paper presentation session, Rev Fr Dr Sony Sebastian CMI and Dr Madhu bala Jayachandran.

Innovative work

INNOVATIVE WORK

     My first innovative work in fourth semester of B. Ed course is on the topic "Compound Words". The purpose of this innovative work is to make the students to understand different compound words in English. I have prepared a pineapple model and wrote some words on a chart paper. Each layer of the pineapple contains a word. When the layer of the pineapple opens, the compound Word will appear.

My second innovative work was based on the topic , "Suffix". I have prepared a box mode. I make a  box and ten words were wrote on a letter like model used by chart paper were inside in the box. When each letter in the box opens the suffix of the present wird will appear.
